    Description

    CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) Volunteer

    Make a big difference in the life of an abused or neglected child. Learn how to represent the best interests of children involved in the Juvenile Court through no fault of their own, but because their parents cannot or will not care for them.

    Intensive screening and 30 hour training program and ongoing support and supervision make this a uniquely rewarding volunteer opportunity. 18-month commitment with 3-5hrs/week necessary. This position also requires that all candidates are 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license and a reliable automobile.
