This position will help SEED SPOT in scaling virtual programming to serve 3,200 impact driven entrepreneurs and improve program delivery by streamlining communication, processes, and procedures that focus on building and stewarding partner relationships.

The Ally will be responsible for developing processes aimed at optimizing the internal operational and administrative programs to ensure that SEED SPOT and our entrepreneurs succeed. The Ally will accomplish this by distributing assets across the team to optimize existing resources and to create new efficiencies, as well as conducting evaluations of said processes. The member will also be responsible for evaluating the 2-Day Launch Camp as an entrepreneur and as a facilitator.

Position Qualifications:

 AmeriCorps Allies are individuals from our communities who are committed to making a difference through service, and who are looking for an opportunity to build skills and a network of emerging grassroots leaders.
