Website design for animal shelter community project

We are seeking an individual to assist us in building a website for our new animal shelter project. We currently have a basic landing page. https://sanctuaryhostel.org/

Would prefer using a CMS such as WP so staff members can create new content if needed. Would be interested in using a premium theme as well.

Please provide qualifications and links to other sites that you have created along with your availability. Also please let us know if you wish to simply build the website or are willing to continue helping us maintain the website.
