Graphic Designer

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Graphic Designer, with a great aesthetic feeling, to support our entire Marketing & Community Team.

We are a young Italian women community under the age of 35 that advocate for equality within career development, entrepreneurship & the financial education.

Main activities:

• Video making / editing
• Design of landing pages
• Concept and layout creation for newsletters
• Support the Brand Manager and the Digital Manager in the development of creative and engaging social media strategies and campaigns
• Brainstorming and ideation of original content, based upon knowledge of the social media ecosystem and of the current state of the art in the digital industry
• Creating visual content for social media and adaptation on various platforms
• Understanding of the social media plan activity and collaboration with all the divisions

What we look for: 

• At least 6 month of proven work experience as a graphic designer
• Ability for creative design, in layout, typography and aesthetic coherence
• Understanding of social media platforms
• Good Knowledge of video editing
• Excellent skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Indesign are positively evaluated
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Google Drive for file management
