    What You’ll Do

    • Assist with volunteer recruitment, screening, and onboarding
    • Track applications, interviews, and onboarding to help maintain HR records
    • Communicate with staff and potential volunteers
    • Interview potential volunteers regularly
    • Support improvements to HR processes (onboarding steps, volunteer postings, etc.)
