    Description

    Overview:

    The Program Development Lead helps design and refine programs to meet evolving community needs. This role is about brainstorming, research, and innovation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Research best practices, models, and trends in community programming.
    • Develop new ideas and activities that align with our mission.
    • Work with coordinators to strengthen program structure.
    • Collaborate with Program Coordinators and the Partnerships Liaison to ensure alignment and cross-team support for program development.
    • Work with coordinators to strengthen program structure.
    • Draft proposals or outlines for new initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Creative thinker with strong research or planning skills.
    • Able to see “the big picture” and translate it into practical steps.
    • Passionate about making programs sustainable and meaningful.

    Commitment: 5 hrs/week, flexible.
