    Volunteer Drivers Needed - Help Seniors age-in-place and stay Independent on Hilton Head Island! Volunteer based on your availability.

    Do you have a few hours a week and a big heart? Join Hilton Head Island Safe Harbour and become a lifeline for older adults in our community! We're looking for volunteer drivers to provide non-medical transportation to seniors for appointments, grocery shopping, and social activities.

    Our members are your neighbors - retired teachers, veterans, artists, and community builders - who simply need a little support to continue living independently in their homes.

    What You'll Do:

    • Provide safe, friendly rides using you own vehicle
    • Choose the days and times that work best for you
    • Make meaningful connections with local seniors
    • Be apart of a community that truly cares

    What We Provide:

    • Volunteer orientation and ongoing support
    • Flexible scheduling through our online system
    • Heartfelt appreciation and a chance to change lives

    Requirements:

    • Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and car insurance
    • Pass a background check
    • Enjoy connecting with older adults

    Location:

    Hilton Head Island, SC - We serve seniors across the island.
