    Facilitate Gratitude

    Imagine saying Thank You to the anonymous person who helped save your life!

    With our Thank the Donor program at Community Blood Center, transfusion recipients can send a message of gratitude to the specific person who donated life-saving blood for them.

    Our Thank the Donor volunteers facilitate sharing gratitude by placing small tags on units of blood that go out to local and regional hospitals in the Kansas City area. It's a simple task completed in our CBC labs, but the reward for facilitating messages of gratitude is immense.
