    Description

Volunteers Needed for Fundraising Gala on December 6th

Our foundation is hosting a fundraising gala for single moms on December 6th. It will be an evening of fashion, live entertainment, original art, a live auction, buffet-style dinner, and vendors.

We are seeking volunteers to assist us in various areas: registration table, assisting the vendors, backstage, servers, and ushers.

    Location

    On-site

    South Gwinnett High School

2288 Main St E, Snellville, GA 30078, USA
    Directions

The event will be held in the Commons area of the school, which is located behind the school off of Odum Rd (near PNC bank) or Skyland Drive (near Britt Elementary). Please follow the signage.

How to Volunteer for This Opportunity

This is a semi/formal event. We are asking the volunteers to come dressed in the event theme colors: green, gold, or off-white; with the exception of servers. These colors are not mandatory. If you choose to serve, the servers can wear a nice white shirt and black trousers. All others may wear a nice dress or suit in any color if the theme colors are not available. You will have an opportunity to choose the area where you feel best suited.
