Volunteer at Teen Public Reading Event

We invite volunteers to be part of an inspiring community event where Latina middle school girls will showcase their incredible written pieces and artwork. This is the closing reception to the creative writing program, Liberando Nuestras Voces, whose mission is for Latina girls to explore their ideas and build the confidence to unleash their silenced voices, speak their truths, and amplify their voices. These young creators will be celebrated as escritoras (writers) in an empowering space that uplifts their voices and talents.
