Facilitator - Current Events for Senior Program

The facilitator sets the agenda, establishes ground rules, initiates the discussion, and allows the session to flow, stepping in only when needed.

Ideal candidate will have experience as a skilled moderator or social worker, effective communication skills, maintains constant neutrality, energetic and positive personality

Staff will manage the Zoom room (i.e., starting Zoom, let people in from waiting room, mute, etc.)
