Nova Ukraine, a US-based non-profit organization dedicated to supporting Ukraine, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Merch Shop Manager to oversee our online merchandise store. This critical role is integral to Nova Ukraine's efforts to raise funds and awareness through merchandise sales, contributing significantly to our mission. The successful candidate will be experienced in e-commerce, particularly with Printful and Square platforms, and possess a keen understanding of online retail dynamics. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency, creative merchandising, and a passion for our cause, ensuring our merchandise shop reflects Nova Ukraine’s values and mission.

Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Nova Ukraine online merchandise shop, ensuring smooth integration with Printful and Square platforms.
- Merchandise Planning: Collaborate with designers and suppliers to develop and launch new merchandise that resonates with our supporters and aligns with our brand.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring products are in-stock and updated regularly.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to promote merchandise through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and events.
Requirements:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Printful and Square.
- Strong understanding of online retail and merchandising principles.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Ukrainian is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to Nova Ukraine's mission and values.
Conditions:

- 5-hour-a-week commitment.
- Needs to notify the team of leaving 2 weeks in advance.
