    Share your heart and time with a Hospice patient

    Heartland Hospice seeks compassionate, friendly volunteers to assist patients and families living with terminal illness. Services the volunteer can provide families include but is not limited to:

    • Visiting
    • Reading
    • Taking walks
    • Writing letters
    • Bringing in music
    • Respite for caregivers
    • Errands
    • Office work
    • Light housekeeping
    • Even massage for volunteers with the necessary skills
    • Haircuts
    • Pet Therapy

    Extensive orientation and training sessions are provided as well as placements close to volunteer's home/work in Folkston area.
