Description
We are looking for a Social Media Support to help manage our online presence and support day-to-day social media activities. This role involves content posting, engagement, and basic performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional way
- Support content creation (captions, simple graphics, reposts)
- Monitor engagement and report basic performance metrics
- Stay updated on trends and suggest content ideas
- Maintain brand voice across all platforms
Qualifications
- Experience managing social media accounts (personal or business)
- Strong written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter (X)
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, or Buffer is a plus
- Organized and able to manage time effectively
- Attention to detail
