EPIC Academy- Dare to Imagine Dinner Volunteers Needed

Would you like to give a few hours of your time to helping advance school programming on the South Side of Chicago? On Wednesday, June 1, EPIC Academy will host our signature fundraiser, the Dare to Imagine Dinner at the Palmer House Hilton, located at 17 E Monroe St, Chicago, IL 60603. 

To ensure the event runs smoothly, we are looking for three volunteers to assist with manning check-in tables and set-up/ break-down of the space. 

• The event will run from 6-9PM p.m.
• Volunteers need to arrive by 5 p.m. and leave at 9:30 p.m. 
• Volunteers will also need to attend at least one of two short (15 to 30 minutes) planning meetings prior to the event.
• Dinner provided
• Volunteers have the option of joining the meeting virtually.
• All materials needed the day of will be provided by EPIC staff
• The dress code for the night is business casual.
