    The volunteer would be asked to come in on Wednesdays or Thursdays somewhere between 8am and 5pm. Making the phone calls would take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and a half, depending on the volunteer's preferences.

    Any volunteer who wants to join our team will be required to pass a drug test, a Tuberculosis test, and a background check. A Covid Vaccine is not required.

    Description

    Phone Calls for Hospice

    Enhabit Hospice is looking for an individual who can make Tuck-in-calls to patient's caregivers once a week on Wednesday or Thursdays during office hours. These calls involve checking in on our patients before the weekend to ensure they have everything they need and filling out a simple form to document the call. In the event that a patient/caregiver expresses a need, the volunteer will pass the information on to the volunteer coordinator.

    This individual would also make calls each week to confirm RSVP's for Enhabit's Memorial Service which takes place in September.
