Volunteer Admin Support - Empower Women at Our Safe Space!

Make a Difference Behind the Scenes: Volunteer Admin Support for Our Safe Space

    Organization: Our Safe Space

    Location: Tucson, Arizona

    Time Commitment: flexible

    About the Role

Are you organized, tech-savvy, and looking to use your skills for something that matters?

We’re looking for a detail-oriented admin whiz to support the founder of Our Safe Space with the essential, behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running smoothly. From managing files to polishing documents, you’ll be an integral part of our mission to create connection, resilience, and growth through free personal development workshops.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being useful, loves getting things done, and wants to feel really good about where they’re giving their time.

    What You’ll Do

    • Help manage emails, documents, calendars, and Dropbox
    • Format and prep content (newsletters, grants, outreach materials)
    • Keep our Google Drive and folders organized
    • Track to-dos and follow up on little tasks that make a big difference
    • Work directly with the founder (that’s me!) to keep things flowing

    You’re a Good Fit If:

    • You live in Tucson, or close by
    • You’re confident using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Dropbox
    • You’re responsive, reliable, and a good communicator
    • You enjoy supporting a meaningful mission
    • You’ve got ~2 hours/week to contribute
    • You’re in a season of life where consistency matters more than chaos

    Bonus Points For:

    • Nonprofit, fundraising, or small biz experience
    • A love of organizing, checklists, and structure
    • Kindness, clarity, and humor to get us through the day!

    A Note from the Founder:

This is a small-but-mighty nonprofit with big heart and growing reach. I truly appreciate having a partner in the background who helps me keep my head above water - and who believes in what we’re building.
