    About Us:

    The Donovan’s Venom is a 501c3 nonprofit organization focused on curating universal accessibility to fine arts and music education for all. We are passionately dedicated to ensuring that everyone, regardless of financial circumstances, has access to high-quality music education, performance opportunities, and fine art. We aim to inspire, empower, and uplift communities by fostering a love for music and the arts through our commitment to education, inclusivity, diversity, and social impact, which drives us to expand our reach continually and enrich the lives of those we serve.

    We’re looking for a Business Administrator to join our growing team!

    What you’ll do:

    • Provide executive-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
    • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes during meetings, and follow up on action items as needed
    • Assist with the preparation and editing of documents, presentations, and reports
    • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
    • Handle special projects and assignments as needed, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    • Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal and external stakeholders
    • Support the organization and maintenance of internal knowledge centers and operational systems

    What we’re looking for:

    • Minimum 2 years of high-level experience in an administrative role, preferably as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar position
    • Strong understanding of business management principles and the core responsibilities of a business administrator
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism at all times
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in all work activities
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
