    Description

    Prep Support:

    Help DFSS staff get ready for the event at our office! Tasks including stuffing prize cups, packing event boxes, table signs, and general event prep. Date opportunities include

    Wednesday, June 17

    Thursday, June 18

    Tuesday, June 23

    Wednesday, June 24

    Time shifts are flexible usually groups come for 2-3 hours sometime between 10AM-5PM.

    Day of Support:

    There are three main shifts for the day of the event! All support will be at Block41 on June 25th.

    Set Up Shift 12-3PM

    Volunteers will help DFSS set chairs, tables, linens, center pieces, and all the small details that make an event, an experience.

    Event Shift 4:30PM-8PM

    Come celebrate the night with us! Support check-in, engagement booths, and event logistics. Special call for volunteers with photography or food service experience.

    Clean Up Shift 7:30-End of night

    Night owl? Help us pack up and enjoy the rest the last of the after-party with the late night crew.
