Volunteer Negotiation Instructor (Teaching conducted remotely and in-person)

Seeking volunteer negotiation instructors to teach an exciting, interactive negotiation curriculum for women experiencing homelessness, survivors of domestic violence, adults seeking their GEDs, and people recently released from prison. Negotiation Works will train you to use its curriculum, which includes games, activities, and role plays. All classes, taught by two co-instructors, take place at service provider locations in the community, such as transitional housing facilities, domestic violence shelters, and day programs. (We are also in the process of designing virtual classes.) Classes take place once a week for 1-1.5 hours, and are held on weekdays during both workday and evening hours. We are currently seeking instructor applications for classes that will begin in summer and fall 2020. Prior teaching experience, familiarity with negotiation theories, and/or interest in working with under-served women preferred. We offer both in-person and remote teaching opportunities.
