As the Support Manager, you will create and oversee technical solutions for a variety of different projects within the School Group organization. You will direct staff, determine necessary technology advances and educate the organization members on the use of software and hardware used in the organization's day-to-day operations. Support manager are responsible for maintaining a dynamic knowledge base of technical solutions to ensure that the organization's IT infrastructure is as efficient and productive as possible.
