Frontline Volunteer

CAFY will establish Frontline, a discreet over-the-phone service dedicated to serving male DV victims. Frontline will provide an avenue for male victims to seek immediate advice without needing to attend a DV support agency; many men are reluctant to visit in-person, given the predominantly female focus of most service providers.

Frontline will be managed by a male lead case manager, which is a new role that we propose to be funded under this grant. To further help male DV victims to open up and access support services, Frontline will be staffed by a community of entirely male volunteers.
