    Description

    Inside Out Reentry Mentor

    Inside Out Reentry Community is currently seeking volunteer mentors (especially male mentors age 40+) to provide social, emotional, and practical support to a returning citizen.

    Mentors can be paired with:

    • Someone currently incarcerated, and mentorship occurs through correspondence until release. OR
    • Someone recently released and mentorship occurs through in person meetings, and regular check-ins by phone.

    Mentors form a meaningful friendship and help a returning citizen overcome barriers, increase their confidence, and reach their goals. We ask that mentors commit to at least one year of mentorship.
