Communications Administrative Volunteer

The Community of Volunteer Educators (COVE) is a volunteer-run public service organization that provides free, virtual tutoring and after school programming for students in NYC. COVE aims to expand access to equitable youth learning opportunities and strives to advance issues of economic, racial, and social justice within our communities, especially in this unexpected shift to remote learning. 

We are in need of more administrative volunteers for our Communications Team to help us achieve our mission. Responsibilities include: 

• creating content for our social media platforms

• managing internal newsletters and external communications

• overseeing copyediting and COVE branding

• designing COVE graphics and visuals

If you have a flair for design or love the power of the written word, this role is for you! All work takes place remotely, during the week or weekends.
