Club Everyone, Me and U provides a retro video game club on the 2nd Friday of each month for neurodivergent individuals of all ages. This event has over 100 participants that attend each month.

The entire event runs from 6:30pm-9:30pm. While we can use support throughout the evening, including setup and takedown, if you can only cover a portion of the time we need the following shift support.

We need tech support for setting up video game consoles from 4pm til 6:30pm

We need support running the checkin desk, accepting donations, printing member cards, greeting participants, monitoring section and merch table, and then packing up checkin area. 6:30-9:30pm

We need support monitoring game rooms, checking out video games to participants and then support packing up the video game consoles at the end of the evening. 6:30-10:30pm

We also need support running the potluck area, making lemonade, setting up paper products, monitoring drinks and potluck area, and cleanup at the end of the evening 6pm-10:30pm

If you would like to volunteer but can't cover an entire shift, still reach out and we can work with you. This is a huge event each month and we really need any support you can provide.

• While we need support throughout the evening, if you can only volunteer this shift we need volunteers knowledgeable in video game setup for this setup: Friday January 09, 2026 - 16:00 to 18:30 PST
• setup drink station, paper products for potluck, monitor potluck, clean up kitchen and dining, monitoring that food stays in the dining aread: Friday January 09, 2026 - 18:00 to 22:30 PST
• This shift is to oversee check-in desk, greeting, taking donations, issuing game cards, maintain merch table, pack up station: Friday January 09, 2026 - 18:00 to 21:30 PST
• monitoring video game rooms, checkout games to players, help pack up equipment at the end of night.: Friday January 09, 2026 - 18:30 to 22:30 PST
