    Description

    Assemble & Donate Breakfast Kits

Breakfast kits support individuals enrolled in our Fresh Start program which promotes the development of independent living skills for participants dealing with mental health and substance use diagnoses. Breakfast kits provide the individual with at least four days worth of breakfast items. All items included in the kit should be unused, non-perishable, and easy to prepare. They should be secured in a sealed zip-loc bag.

You can get creative with what you include, but as an example, one kit contains ALL of the following items:

Day 1: Single serving instant coffee packet and two instant oatmeal packets.

Day 2: Single serving instant coffee packet and two instant grits packets

Day 3: Single serving instant coffee packet and one single serving breakfast cereal (box or bowl) with a single serving shelf-stable milk.

Day 4: Single serving instant coffee packet and one pop-tart with a fruit cup.
