    Description

Junior Achievement - Inspire & Prepare Young People for Success!

Junior Achievement of East Tennessee is a non-profit organization dedicated to preparing and inspiring young people to succeed in a global economy. By using hands-on activities, volunteers teach students fundamental financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship principles.

We are recruiting volunteers to teach JA programs in various K-12th grade schools in Knoxville and surrounding East Tennessee Counties. Each volunteer will be required to teach 5 to 7, 30-45 minute lessons, over a period of five to seven weeks. JA provides each volunteer with lesson plans, materials, and training.
