Event Coordinator

Science Nation is an educational organization that provides classes, tutoring, and other programs to students free of charge to aid them in learning STEM subjects and developing strong foundational abilities.

We are looking for someone who is responsible and organized, and can actively communicate with team members. The Event Coordinator will have the following responsibilities:

• Brainstorms external and internal event ideas (Q&A panels, trivia nights, study sessions, etc.)
• Hosts said events over Zoom or another online platform.
• Communicates efficiently with the marketing and web design team to publicize events in advance.
• Collects feedback after events to report to the Head of Operations.
