Administrative Volunteer

About the Organization

Foundation Beyond Belief (FBB) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that seeks to end poverty and hunger, promote health and wellbeing, and foster employment opportunities and economic growth. 

We are currently searching for a administrative volunteer, who will work alongside our Administrative Manager. This person is passionate about ending poverty, is data-driven, has experience in developing comprehensive nonprofit programs, and has the ability to both strategize and execute. 

Experience and Responsibilities

• Research and ensure donor solicitation compliance across all states
• Assist Administrative Manager in resolving administrative problems as needed (payroll issues, state registrations, donation issues, etc.)
• Create processes for naming and organizing files and folders in Google Drive
• Maintain accurate record-keeping and organization for financial, legal, donor, affiliate, and other organizational documents
• Respond to and/or forward emails from info@foundationbeyondbelief.org and website queries to appropriate staff members as needed
