Description
DuPont Historical Museum needs volunteers to work regular or on-call shifts at the front desk. You'll welcome visitors, and work on side tasks when traffic is light. Training is provided and you may work solo or with a partner:
- Open/close the museum per procedures
- Learn and share the history of DuPont and surrounding area
- Welcome visitors and answer questions as able, refer other questions to staff
- Handle gift shop sales and donations
- Keep museum orderly and clean
If you wish, you may be trained to give guided tours of the museum.
1 shift available:
- Museum hours are 10am -4pm on Wed, Thurs, and Fri; 1pm-4pm on Sat and Sun.: 10:00 to 16:00 PST
