Grant Writer

We are seeking an experienced, committed, and passionate grant writer to join our team. We are looking for someone who can/will:

-Develop a strong familiarity and understanding of our organization's structure, history, growth, and future plans (particularly as it relates to grants and funding);

-Research potential grant and award opportunities from both governmental and non-governmental sources;

-Draft strong grant LOI's and proposals;

-Work with our Board of Directors to revise and finalize any necessary grant documentation;

-Respond to inquiries from existing and potential funders;

-Maintain records of all grant activity;

-Submit any follow up documentation regarding grant money allocation and/or activity to funders;

-Maintain positive relationships with existing, potential, and new funders which may include individuals, foundations, and corporations.
