    Description

    The Corporate Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and growing relationships with corporate partners to secure financial support, in-kind donations, and strategic collaborations that advance the organization’s mission.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop partnership proposals, sponsorship packages, and MOUs
    • Identify, cultivate, and steward corporate partnerships and sponsorships
    • Secure cash and in-kind donations (goods, services, technology, etc.)
    • Serve as primary liaison between corporate partners and internal teams
    • Track partnership outcomes and prepare reports for leadership and funders
    • Support corporate volunteer engagement opportunities

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred/or related experience
    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Nonprofit Management/Business Management.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in [field].
    • Strong skills in CRM/Donor& Partner Management Systems/Prospect Research & Corporate Intelligence Tools/Proposal & Presentation Software/Communication & Outreach Tools/Project Management & Collaboration Tools/Financial & Reporting Tools/Event & Sponsorship Management Tools
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
    • Experience working with nonprofits or CSR programs preferred
    • 1-3 years experience in corporate relations, fundraising, or partnerships
