Board of Directors

Do you want to put your skillset to work helping kids in North County? The Boys & Girls Club of Vista (www.bgcvista.org) is looking for leaders to join its Board of Directors during an important period of growth.

If you are committed to making a difference for youth and have expertise in any of the following areas: Facilities/Construction, Events & Fundraising, Media/Communications, Restaurant/Food Service, Education, Finance, and HR/Legal, we would like to hear from you. The Boys & Girls Club of Vista Board of Directors is comprised of community and business leaders who volunteer their time to ensure the Club provides the best programs and resources possible to each child that walks through our doors. 

Our Board meets monthly on the third Thursday at 7:30 a.m. (currently by Zoom or in person).  There are 3-year terms. Directors are asked to be actively engaged and are required to attend a majority of  Board meetings each year, participate on at least one committee, meet annual give/get targets (currently $2,800 a year) and support the Club’s major events (Diamond Gala & Poker Tournament)
