We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Grant Writer to join our team. This role is essential in securing funding to support our programs, initiatives, and community impact. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of winning grants, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify grant opportunities from government, corporate, and foundation sources.
Write compelling, well-researched grant proposals and supporting documents.
Collaborate with program and finance teams to develop budgets and narratives.
Manage a grant calendar to ensure timely submissions and follow-ups.
Track awarded grants and provide required progress and financial reports.
Maintain relationships with funding organizations and partners.
Qualifications:
2+ years of grant writing or fundraising experience (nonprofit experience preferred).
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Strong research and organizational abilities.
Familiarity with grant databases and funding portals.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Nonprofit Management, or related field (preferred).
