TLR is currently recruiting for a Fundraising Chair on our Board of Directors.


Are you passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ youth in underserved rural areas? Do you have strong leadership skills and an organizational mind? Are you interested in joining a dynamic team and doing work geared toward community centric fundraising? If yes, we're excited to get to know you! 


Position Summary: The Fundraising Committee Chair is responsible for coordinating the efforts of the fundraising committee and oversees the development of processes and systems that build relationships, plan fundraising events and campaigns, support donor cultivation, and generate revenue (outside of grants and contracts) in collaboration with TLR Executive Director.  The Fundraising Committee Chair is expected to organize and lead monthly committee meetings in addition to attendance in monthly board meetings.
