DIFB Pledge is a website that hosts the Diversity in Food and Beverage Pledge and displays the diversity and inclusion actions and initiatives of the signatories. Signatories are the heads of companies, organizations, publications, and associations within the international food and beverage community. The purpose of this site is to encourage transparency, establish best practices, and provide a centralized location to search and find diversity and inclusion initiatives.

  • Manage the pledge website and make edits/changes as needed via the Wix website platform.
  • Maintain an Airtable database of pledge signatories and their initiatives.
  • Plan and execute the pledge campaign from its current soft launch.
  • Support and Promote the pledge site through social media platforms.
