    Description

    Providence ElderPlace helps older adults remain as healthy and independent as possible in the community for as long as possible. As volunteers we are helping support and enrich the lives of our participants.

    Games/Arts & Crafts Assistant: The ElderPlace Games and Arts & Crafts Assistant will assist our participants with playing Bingo, dominoes, checkers, chess, crafting and preparing for an arts and crafts project. Assistants are invited to call Bingo and assist individuals that have hearing and/or visual impairments as well as setting up and engaging with participants with crafts. No experience needed & training will be provided by staff to better ensure a more gratifying volunteer experience. ElderPlace has 8 locations throughout Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas Counties.
