Volunteer Producer / Content Creative

Lucid Dream Center (LDC) is a growing creative nonprofit focused on helping transition age youth and emerging creatives access opportunities in music, media, content creation, and creative collaboration.

We are building a culture driven creative space where young people can create, connect, and grow through music, podcasting, photography, video, and digital storytelling.

We are currently looking for a Volunteer Producer / Content Creative to help support our early media and studio initiatives in Long Beach.

This is perfect for someone who:

• loves music and internet culture

• enjoys helping artists and creators develop ideas

• understands content creation and social media

• wants to help build something meaningful from the ground up

• enjoys being around creative energy and collaboration

What You’ll Help With

• Assisting with music recording sessions

• Helping youth and creatives develop songs/content ideas

• Basic audio recording and session setup

• Helping maintain a positive and welcoming creative environment

• Assisting with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and behind the scenes content

• Supporting podcast, music, or photo/video sessions

• Helping organize creative showcases, sessions, or events

• Encouraging collaboration and participation among creatives

Preferred Skills

You do NOT need to be an industry professional.

We’re mainly looking for someone creative, dependable, and passionate.

Bonus if you have experience with:

• FL Studio, Logic Pro, Reaper, Ableton, etc.

• Recording vocals

• Beat production

• TikTok/Reels editing

• Photography or videography

• YouTube content creation

• Social media branding/content strategy

• Podcast setup or audio editing
