Description

Respond to calls from local residents who are facing a variety of challenging life circumstances including loneliness, anxiety, relationship issues and thoughts or plans of suicide. Volunteer hours are flexible, from available 8:00 AM tuntil 10:00 PM, 7 days a week.


Free training includes classroom instruction and a supervised 'apprenticeship'. Ongoing support is provided for all volunteers. Volunteer at least 12 hours each month in Richboro or Langhorne in Bucks County or in Wynnewood in Montgomery County.


Summer volunteer training begins mid-June.
