Leadership Development Trainer/Facilitator

We are seeking volunteers with significant leadership, management, and/or nonprofit experience to lead and facilitate workshops for nonprofit personnel. Expertise on topics such as strategic planning, board development, organizational development, human resources, branding and marketing, financial resource development, high functioning teams, coaching, soft skills, business ethics, nonprofit organization and/or interviewing is highly desirable.
The ideal volunteer will have a passion for community transformation combined with a minimum of 10 years leadership or management experience. Proven public speaking skills and some knowledge of nonprofit organizations is an added plus.
We are an especially great place for individuals who have recently retired after long and productive working careers.
