We need over 300 volunteers each season who support programs at the Summit at Snoqualmie and Stevens Pass with our downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoe programs.


Join us on Thursday, November 15th for a Winter Kick Off Party at the downtown Seattle Patagonia store to learn more!

 

Winter volunteer roles (full time and part time) include: Instructor, Assistant Instructor, Driver, Vehicle Chaperone, Equipment Manager, Lodge Assistant, Lead Volunteer, and Clinician.

 

Volunteers benefits include: an opportunity to transform lives through outdoor recreation, an incredible community, volunteer appreciation events, winter season pass privileges provided by our partner mountain resorts, and access to prodeals on outdoor gear.

 

General Timeline:

> October–November: Volunteer Registration Open

> November–December: Dryland Training

> December: On-Mountain Training at Summit at Snoqualmie and Stevens Pass

> January–March: Winter Programs on Wednesday Nights, Friday Nights, Saturdays, Saturday Nights, and Sundays
