Jubilee Jobs is looking for professionals: young, old, and in-between to volunteer in our Southeast location! We are a community organization that has been in Adams Morgan since 1981 and Anacostia since 2011 helping DC, Maryland, and Virginia residents find employment for a better future. We offer flexible volunteering times for young professionals on Monday evenings from 7 to 8 pm and times from 9 am to 4 pm Tuesday through Thursday. We ask for two to four hours a week, or every other week to fit in with YOUR schedule! Counselor Assistant volunteering consists of helping with online applications, resume building, and one-on-one mock interviews. Come and help job seekers in SE Washington DC find employment for sustenance, dignity, and hope. If you are seeking to create connections, know your neighbors, or find a worthwhile volunteer experience then Jubilee Jobs is for you. How To Apply

Email Emily Hincher at to set up a Coffee Talk time. Our Coffee Talks are from 9:00 am to 10:00 am on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month in our Northwest office (2712 Ontario Road, NW). If Wednesday mornings don't work for you, we encourage you to come to our Job Friends Dinner, which is every 3rd Wednesday of the month from 6 to 7:30 pm at The Festival Center (1640 Columbia Road, NW). This is a time for you to take a tour of our office, meet our executive director, hear about volunteer opportunities, and for us to get to know you.
