Join Bedford Audubon and get outside, learn about native plants, and help us expand and renovate our Leon Levy Native Garden at Bylane Farm.

The Leon Levy Native Garden educates, engages, and empowers landowners and landscape professionals to transform lawns and yards into wildlife oases for birds, butterflies, bees and other pollinators and create bird-friendly (and people-friendly) communities!

Primary volunteer responsibilities include:

 Weeding, watering, and caring for native plants.

 Removing invasive species.

 Planting and propagating plants.

As a Garden volunteer, you should be:

 Able to work in sometimes challenging physical conditions out of doors.

 A cheerful eagerness to work in a team environment with others.

 Passionate about conservation (but no need to be an expert!).

Currently, a group of Garden volunteers meet each Tuesday morning from

9 to 11am to work collaboratively in the Garden.
