Full Charge Bookkepper



Your duties will include:

  • Assist in preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts in Excel under the direction of the board’s finance committee
  • Perform all bookkeeping transactions, including tracking unpaid bills, writing checks, preparing bank deposits and entering all transactions into QuickBooks
  • Upload transactions with all appropriate accounting codes using Excel
  • Do monthly bank reconciliations
  • Maintain accounting files including bank reconciliations, deposit records, paid bills, etc.
  • Prepare quarterly sales tax reports and very simple payroll tax reports
  • Prepare weekly reports cash flow reports and monthly financial reports
  • Management of donor database in Greater Giving

Looking for someone that can donate 5-10 hours per week- some of which may be able to be performed remotely.
