Description

Volunteering at CENE events is great way to connect to the innovation community, meet members of CENE's network, and learn more about innovation in Canada and the New England area. Volunteers are invited to attend events and programs they support. Current areas open for volunteers:

Events - Provide logistical support including registration, coordinating panelists, check-in, setup/breakdown, and more.

Marketing/Communication - Currently we have projects in need of volunteers for graphic design, video production, social media, and content creation/writing.

About CENE

The Canadian Entrepreneurs in New England (CENE) is a volunteer, member-based organization focused on helping Canadian companies expand and succeed globally. Our members are founders, innovators and executives who are focused on changing the world through life sciences and technology. They are the heart and soul of our organization and share a valued principle - to give back to Canada. And they have a lot of fun along the way.

The CENE was founded in 2013, and working closely with the Consulate General of Canada in Boston we launched several ventures to support the growth of Canadian companies into the US, including the Canadian Mentoring Service. We've now expanded our reach through our flagship True North and our Innovation Events programs to offer Canadian companies even more structured and highly valued opportunities to work with and learn from our members.

We welcome Canadians (and friends of Canada) working in Boston's innovation ecosystem to join our warm community of highly accomplished members. We are united by our shared love for Canada and our passion to show our country's amazing innovation to the world.
