DESCRIPTION


A New York City film festival seeks a film festival coordinator to assist the Festival Director in supervising the activities in organizing an annual two day film festival and pre-festival activities. Must have time and event management experience and be able to work in a fast paced environment. The festival is expanding its operations and seeking professionals passionate about the film industry to join the team. Individual will help coordinate and manage communications with filmmakers and other team members. Self-motivated leaders are encouraged to apply!


Individual must have excellent communication skills and be detail oriented. Administrative duties will include managing artists and working closely with volunteer staff to meet festival deadlines. Must be proficient in working in excel and graphic design programs. You will report directly to Festival Director. Individuals with talent coordination, film and event management backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Please send resume and short cover letter.
