Image Impact International seeks a highly motivated Board Relations and Stewardship Manager to join our all-volunteer team. This volunteer position works collaboratively with all Board Members and Development team. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, be detail oriented, results driven, a dependable team player, and demonstrate a sense of urgency.

Hand-On Roles and Responsibilities required for this volunteer opportunity

Board Relations

·       Maintain Board member information in multiple platforms.

·       Manage Board development training and meetings, ranging from completing board materials; handling RSVPs, assisting with meeting logistics as needed, minute-taking, and supporting key committees.

·       Create yearly engagement plans for each board member for cultivation and solicitation.

·       Track board giving and campaigns.

·       Maintain biographies, in coordination with HR.

Required People skills

·       Organized and Good communicator.

·       Motivated, strong initiative, ability to work independently.

·       Dependable follow through, time management.

·       Excellent speaking and writing skills.

·       Highly organized and collaborative.

·       Ability to take initiative, dependability, flexibility and resourceful.

·       Ability to function independently and as part of a team.

Necessary Qualifications

·       Interest in Fundraising and Development.

·       Fluency with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).

·       Extensive experience in development database management (data integrity, queries and reports) a plus.

·       Strong writing skills.

·       The ability to meet deadlines, manage and prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively with others.

·       Bachelor Degree in any field.

·      Term: Long Term

·      Time Commitment: Minimum of 10-20 virtual hours per month, including some evenings.

·      Participate in periodic team meetings if located in the New York Metro Area.
