Newberg Area Habitat for Humanity is a 501c3 ecumenical Christian housing ministry. Our mission is to eliminate substandard housing in our community. Habitat for Humanity's ReStore accepts donated goods and building materials for resale to the public, providing an environmentally and socially responsible way to keep materials out of the waste stream while providing funding for Habitat’s community improvement work.
We are looking for volunteers to serve at our local ReStore from 1:00-5:00 on Fridays and/or Saturdays. Customer service is at the forefront of everything we do in our ReStore. Cheerful, helpful customer service is foundational to everything we stand for.

-Making shoppers feel welcome and helping them locate what they are looking for
-Assisting shoppers with taking their purchases to their vehicle
-Assisting donors with donations
-Cleaning merchandise to be put on the floor
