Description

What you'd be doing 

In this role, you would be providing vital support to our lovely fundraising team in a variety of ways:

  • Data entry and Gift Processing (full training will be provided on Raiser's Edge database)
  • Researching new fundraising opportunities within local community groups
  • Distributing fundraising materials to supporters
  • Sourcing raffle prizes 
  • Drafting thank you content to supporters


Qualities/Experience/Skills needed

  • Comfortable using computers
  • Happy to contact range of people on the phone 
  • Willing to learn, get stuck in and try new things
  • This role is open to volunteers aged 16+


What this role can offer you

  • This role is perfect if you're looking to gain skills and experience within charities as part of a motivated, busy and friendly fundraising team 
  • Full training and support will be provided throughout your role


Location and availability

  • We ideally need volunteers to commit for at least four months to one six hour shift a week, from 10:00 - 16:00, on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday.
  • You would be based at our head office in south west London (SW14 7JE)
  • We will provide lunch and travel expenses
