Alameda Point Collaborative (APC) is a supportive housing community that uses the decommissioned naval base at Alameda Point to permanently house and provide services to those who have experienced chronic homelessness.


As a small nonprofit organization, we lack a marketing team and therefore all marketing is put on the Development team, taking away valuable time to raise funds for our organization. We are planning a #GivingTuesday campaign and are hoping to meet our $10K goal. We have had a photographer come in to take photos of our residents, and we interviewed them to hear their story. We are looking for an amazing Social Media Marketing Volunteer to help us brainstorm, design, and execute our Giving Tuesday Challenge. We know that with your help, we will have more success in attaining our organizational goals!


APC is looking for 1-3 volunteers to utilize their Social Media Marketing skills in creating marketing materials for APC. Volunteering with APC is flexible, and you can do all of the work from home! We are happy to work with your schedule.
